CTO and Co-founder of 11FS, a leading fintech agency. Prior roles include CTO and early technology designer for Nutmeg and a founder of the challenger bank that eventually split to become Starling and Monzo.

Graeme Hughes

Chair

Nearly 40 years’ experience in Financial Services, most of which at Nationwide including as Group Distribution Director, Group HR and External Affairs Director, Group Strategy and Planning, Director of Mortgage Operations and Branch Network. He was also on the board of the Nationwide Foundation for 7 years and a member of the Business In The Community national board for inclusion. He is also the Chair of Hodge Bank.

Whit Hanks

Entrepreneur and co-founder of Pioneer Bank SSB in Texas, which was acquired in 2022 by FirstSun Capital Bancorp, a $7 billion regional community bank headquartered in Denver. Whit continues to serve on the bank’s board. Owner with his wife Kim of the Old Bell Hotel and Abbey House Manor in Malmesbury, Wiltshire.

40 years experience in risk and compliance within banks, insurers and building societies including Nationwide, Lloyds, NatWest.

Jules Peck

A successful social entrepreneur having founded and been on the boards of a number of successful businesses and not for profits and with many years of experience in ESG. Also an IoB Certified Bank Director.

Felicity Bambery

NED and Chair of Audit Commitee

A trained accountant with 25 years in the financial services sector as a financial services Partner at PWC working 10 years in retail banking, then in asset management and leading PWCs UK Pensions Assurance practice. Chaired a number of industry working groups, Fellow of the ICAEW. Felicity is also a NED and Chair of Audit and member of the Risk Committee at the Leek Building Society.
